Abstract.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences among the manufacturing companies in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam in measuring, evaluating, and rewarding on the profit center managers. The data was collected by using questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, the research used the statistic non parametric with the Kolmogorov Smirnow Test. The Kolmogorov Test is applicable to measure the ordinal scale and the sample of £ 30. Kolmogrov Test was used to prove the hypothesize that has no differences of the two distributions, or to determine whether the distribution of the two populations has similar form. From the test result, it shows that Ho hypothesis is accepted; meaning that there are no differences in measuring, evaluating, and giving appreciation Aceh Darussalam.
