Abstract.

This study eximined the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance using two variables of contingency delegation of authority and organizational commitment. Questionnaires were distributed to 1000 responses from 89 managers (8,9%) were analyzed using regression analysis.

The result indicated that the interaction between delegation of authority, organizational commitment, and budget t affected managerial performance on private university.
